Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process warranty claims with vendors and customers.
• Maintain and monitor the inventory loan unit system, ensuring accurate records of item loans and returns.
• Receive, verify, and record all products delivered by drivers, ensuring each item is supported by a valid Service Request (SR) or job number.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory records to prevent missing or misplaced items.
• Assist the technical team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory movement, warranty status, and product tracking.
• Prepare reports and update inventory records as required.
• Support other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Technical Executive

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT support, inventory management, or a related technical environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT equipment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
