Working Hours

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• 4 Working Days per Week
• Monday – Friday
• Friday is considered Full Day Overtime (OT)

Job Description

As a Semiconductor Test Technician, you will be responsible for performing product testing, troubleshooting, and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure all products meet quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing activities on semiconductor products using company test platforms and equipment.
• Execute test sequences in accordance with work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Troubleshoot and debug units with minor test failures.
• Identify process, material, and equipment issues and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of test fixtures and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace by practicing 5S standards.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation.
• Assist in failure analysis, root cause investigation, and rework activities for non-conforming products.
• Generate and maintain failure analysis and maintenance reports.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement (CIP), and productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronic Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering

OR

• SKM Level 3 in:
• Electrical
• Electronics
• Mechanical
• Mechatronics

Experience Requirements

• Fresh Diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No working experience is required for Diploma holders as training will be provided.
• Candidates with SKM Level 3 must possess a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, testing, assembly, or equipment maintenance.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or mechatronic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues.
• Able to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, RF systems, or electronic testing equipment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and quality control processes is preferred.
