Full Time Production Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in KENNWU MANUFACTURING (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To conduct periodic Efficiency studies, on all from Preparation of materials, Mixing, Cutting, Extrusion, Injection also Compression molding process
• To conduct studies on material usage as against Actual and to find out Actual against wastage materials
• To conduct studies on all methods, WI, SOP improvised by the technical department and to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of all methods, WI and SOP
• To conduct studies on each model or parts as against theoretical and to propose to the Management on better methods and more efficiency means
• To conduct Safety studies on all Operation in the production floor or factory as to ascertain our Safety Objectives are met
• To propose to the Management improvement plans on all processes and how to cut cost and waste of material as against actual plans. Also, to forward and report all his findings and improvement plans on a weekly basis
• To assist and trouble shoot on quality related matters
• Contribute towards cost reduction in all aspects of quality related activities
• Responsible for validation of production and QC rejected part (Scrap)
• Act as Internal auditee /auditor for process and functional process
• To maintain good housekeeping at all times with reference to 6’S stipulation on QC floor and production floor
• Responsible contribution towards accreditation and maintain conformance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO/TS 16949

AUTHORITIES

• To review training needed for leaders
• To ensure comply with national and international standards and legislation
• To stop production /mixing when found non conformity / defects in the process

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with SPM and at least 2 years and above of relevant manufacturing or production experience may also be considered.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENT

Knowledge and capable in ISO 9001 / 14001 & ISO/TS 16949 requirement

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
