We are seeking a compassionate, motivated & skilled individual to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose & manage patients with various conditions by developing individualized treatment programms aimed at maximizing functional independence and improving overall health outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments & formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress & modify treatment plans according to clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients & caregivers regarding injury prevention, home exercise programmes & self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely & professional clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities & tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Registered Allied Health Practitioner (where applicable).
• Good in communication, interpersonal & patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Good clinical reasoning, documentation & time management skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
