Sepenuh Masa Purchasing Assistant Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,000 in Attic Group Sdn Bhd - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) according to purchasing requirements.
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers.
• Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and documentation.
• Verify invoices, delivery orders (DO), and purchase-related documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments regarding purchasing matters.
• Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers when required.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Generate purchasing reports and perform data entry into the purchasing system.
• Handle any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to work independently.
