We are a fast-growing eCommerce company are aggressively expanding our Affiliate Creator Program and looking for driven individuals to help us scale our creator network.

What You’ll Do

Recruit & onboard affiliate creators across TikTok, Shopee, and social media platforms and earn from the sales performance incentive.

Identify, approach, and engage potential creators to join our affiliate program

Screen and evaluate creator profiles for campaign suitability

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators and continuously expand the network

Act as the main point of contact between creators and internal teams

Support onboarding process and ensure smooth collaboration with marketing team

Guide and support creators on how to perform better (content direction, campaign participation, etc.)

Track creator performance, campaign participation, and commission results

Maintain organized tracking using Excel / Google Sheets / Lark

Continuously improve recruitment approach and conversion rate

Who We’re Looking For

Background in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Sales / Business Development

Strong communication skills, confident in approaching and engaging people

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with Excel / Google Sheets

Self-motivated, independent, and proactive

Strong interest in social media, influencers, or affiliate marketing is a big advantage
