Curriculum & Academic Quality

• Ensure consistent implementation of the school's curriculum.
• Plan and coordinate yearly, termly, and weekly academic programmes.
• Review lesson plans and provide constructive feedback.
• Improve teaching resources and classroom materials.
• Ensure lessons are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with learning objectives.

Teacher Coaching & Development

• Observe classroom teaching regularly.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Conduct teacher performance evaluations.
• Organise training workshops and sharing sessions.
• Support new teacher onboarding and mentoring.

Classroom Excellence

• Maintain high classroom standards and learning environments.
• Ensure proper classroom management practices.
• Monitor children's engagement and learning outcomes.
• Ensure assessment records are completed accurately.

Assessment & Documentation

• Review children's portfolios and progress reports.
• Ensure academic documentation is complete and consistent.
• Analyse student learning data and identify improvement areas.

Parent Communication

• Support teachers during parent-teacher meetings.
• Handle academic-related parent enquiries professionally.
• Work closely with parents to support children's development.

Academic Operations

• Develop academic SOPs and teaching guidelines.
• Maintain teaching quality across all classes.
• Work closely with the Principal to achieve school goals.
• Lead academic improvement projects.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
