Full Time Lead - Engineer (Test) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in KES International Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Test Development to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) test development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Test Development team throughout the NPI lifecycle.
• Develop and validate hardware & software test solutions for PCB and system-level products.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement Design for Test (DFT).
• Create test plans, debug procedures, and test coverage documentation.
• Monitor test performance, yield, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support production transfer, documentation, and operator training.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for customer complaints.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure engineering best practices.
• Experience in Low Volume High Mix (LVHM) manufacturing.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• 4-6 years of Test Engineering experience. 2-3 years of leadership role would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of DFT, failure analysis, and product validation.
• Experience with RCA, CAPA, and customer complaint handling.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of PCB layout, microprocessors, or FPGA programming is an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
