About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individu to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting and delivering successful solar projects by managing the entire purchasing process, ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure timely delivery and quality supply of materials and services required for our renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Identification and Evaluation: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of materials and optimal pricing arrangements.
• Contract Negotiations: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to maximize value and mitigate risk.
• Supplier Audits and Performance Reviews: Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company quality standards.
• Purchasing and Order Management: Manage the end-to-end procurement process include export and import, ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and inventory management of materials.
• Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends and industry developments to ensure competitive pricing and sourcing of materials and services.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
