We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support the operations and retail side of our growing baby brand, Joey&Mom. If spreadsheets, inventory systems, and store visits excite you – this might be your perfect fit!

Your Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage stock levels across all retail partner stores (consignment model)

-Plan and execute timely restocks, ensuring bestsellers are always available

- Track and key in weekly/monthly sales reports from each store

- Prepare and manage delivery orders and consignment documentation

- Conduct in-store merchandising checks and stock counts regularly

- Ensure product displays are aligned with brand guidelines

- Liaise with retail partners to troubleshoot stock/sales issues

- Work closely with the internal team to forecast inventory needs and plan reorders

You’re a great fit if you:
- Are extremely organized and meticulous with data and details
- Have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Are proactive and good at solving operational hiccups independently
- Are comfortable travelling to retail store locations when needed
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Bonus if you have experience in retail operations or inventory management
