Ever been the one in a group project who quietly made sure everything actually got done while everyone else panicked? That's basically this job. We need someone behind the scenes making sure the day-to-day operations don't fall apart — schedules, processes, paperwork, all of it.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting daily operations — making sure processes run smoothly from start to finish.
• Maintaining records, reports, and documentation (the unsung hero work).
• Coordinating schedules, deliveries, or tasks across different teams.
• Tracking data, updating trackers, and spotting when something's off.
• Being the bridge between departments so nothing gets lost in translation.
• Handling invoices, purchase orders, or basic admin paperwork.
• Jumping in to fix random operational hiccups before they become a big deal

What we’re looking for

• A diploma or degree in Business, Admin, or anything remotely related (or honestly, just solid common sense).
• Someone organized who can juggle multiple tasks without losing track.
• Good communication — you'll be talking to different teams regularly.
• A "let's just get it sorted" attitude, not a "not my job" one.
• Detail-oriented (typos and missed steps aren't your thing).
• Bonus points if you've interned in ops, admin, or supply chain before.
• Basically; reliable, sharp, and someone who actually enjoys keeping chaos in check.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
