Salary: $11–$12/hour
Contract: Temporary (Sep 2026 – Jan 2027)
Location: Hospital (West)
Working Hours (Rotating Shifts, Mon–Sun & PH):
AM: 8:00am – 5:00pm
PM: 11:00am – 8:00pm
Night: 8:00pm – 8:00am
Working schedule may be adjusted based on operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate patient admissions, transfers and bed assignments.
Arrange ambulance transfers with healthcare teams and service providers.
Monitor bed availability and assist in bed management operations.
Activate emergency response procedures when required.
Handle enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
Prepare reports, maintain accurate records and update systems.
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality (PDPA).
Support workflow improvements and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using computer systems and handling administrative tasks.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
