Key Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver high‑quality presentations by applying basic data analytics and AI tools to translate complex data into clear, impactful visual charts and graphics for management and stakeholder communication.

2. Manage and design content for internal communications platforms, ensuring messaging is clear, visually engaging, consistent, and aligned with intended audiences, while supporting strong stakeholder communications across the Bank.

3. Support the team in maintaining the project repository ensuring all project documentation, reports, meeting is kept up to date in accordance with regional standards and provide regular status updates to HOD and PMO

4. Coordinate end‑to‑end meeting planning and execution, including business meeting coordination with Regional Office and Head Office (HO), meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking, and management of post‑meeting follow‑ups.

5. Coordinate pre‑ and post‑business travel and meeting arrangements, including logistics planning, documentation, and expense or claims processing, in accordance with established policies and workflows.

6. Coordinate administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Head of IT and HOD, ensuring timely execution and adherence to MUFG‑defined workflows, processes, and governance requirements.

7. Assist the HOD in all other related matters, providing day‑to‑day support as required to ensure smooth operations and effective stakeholder engagement.
