Join our team and play a key role in supporting our Prime Brokerage and Prime OTC Clearing Operations! We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive operations professional with a strong background in Prime Brokerage, Prime OTC Clearing, and Collateral Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform collateral and margin management activities, including margin call processing, dispute investigation, and client servicing.
• Execute cash management, payment processing, and accounting-related controls.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage trade, cash, and position reconciliations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of exceptions.
• Perform Nostro and balance reconciliations, including investigation and exception management.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate operational issues, control breaches, and exceptions in a timely manner.
• Complete end-of-day operational checks and ensure all outstanding items are resolved or appropriately escalated.
• Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, Client Solutions, Technology, and external stakeholders to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), User Verification Testing (UVT), and system change implementation activities.
• Review and maintain operating procedures, checklists, and controls to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to operational risk, governance, and control requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-8 years of experience in Financial Markets or Capital Markets Operations.
• Proven experience in Prime Brokerage, Prime OTC Clearing, and Collateral Management.
• Strong knowledge of Margin & Collateral Management processes.
• Experience with Trade, Cash, and Position Reconciliations.
• Good understanding of Settlement Operations and post-trade processing.
• Strong understanding of Operational Risk, Governance, and Controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client servicing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Front Office, Middle Office, Technology, and external counterparties.
