· Strong GDS knowledge.

· Strong problem management and investigation skills and understanding the technical and functional specifications.

· Quick learner with ability to meet deadlines and willingness to take up additional responsibilities.

· Need to multitask and prioritize requests with ability to learn quickly in fast paced environment.

· Ability to engage with business users and other technical teams.

· Experience with team leadership capabilities and of engaging and managing different partners, Business users and third-party technical teams.
