About the Role

We're looking for a Social Content Creator to plan, produce, and publish engaging content across social platforms for our clients. You'll work closely with account, strategy, and design teams to bring content ideas to life in formats that perform on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate and produce short-form video, static, and carousel content tailored to each platform's format and audience
• Shoot and edit content (phone/camera shoots, basic motion graphics, captions, trending audio)
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery against campaign schedules
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes, and translate them into actionable content ideas
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to align content with campaign objectives
• Monitor content performance and iterate based on engagement data
• Support community management and light social listening when required
• Occasionally assist with on-ground event coverage or client shoots

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social content creation, either in-house or agency 
• Strong portfolio showing short-form video work (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
• Proficient in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera when needed
• Good understanding of platform-specific best practices and current trends
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
