We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Lead to lead the design, implementation, and governance of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions on SAP S/4HANA.

This role is responsible for delivering enterprise-wide master data governance across Business Partner, Material, and Finance domains while working closely with functional, technical, and data migration teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP MDG solution design, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and end-to-end implementation on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Design and configure MDG data models, workflows, BRF+ rules, change request types, governance processes, and approval workflows.
  • Define master data governance strategies for Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, and ABAP developers.
  • Support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live activities.
  • Configure integrations using DRF, IDocs, APIs, SAP BTP, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP AI Core, and third-party platforms.
  • Define and implement data quality rules, validations, duplicate checks, and governance controls.
  • Drive AI-enabled automation and digital transformation initiatives for master data management.
  • Lead workshops, mentor team members, and manage end-to-end project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including at least 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience, managing teams of at least 3 members.
  • Experience delivering projects across 20+ company codes and/or plants.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, or Public Sector is an advantage.
