Role: IT Technician

Responsibilities

• Technical Support:

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Device Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

• Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve system, network, and connectivity issues.

• User Support:

Assist staff with software usage, account setup, and general IT queries.

• Asset Management:

Track and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

• Data & Security:

Perform routine data backups, software updates, and ensure security protocols are followed.

• Documentation:

Record support issues, solutions, and maintenance logs.

• Vendor Coordination:

Communicate with external service providers for warranty claims or advanced support. Scope of work

• Coverage:

Support all internal users across departments, both on-site and remotely.

• Systems Handled:

Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, email clients, antivirus, and network systems.

• Work Environment:

Operates under supervision of senior IT staff; may work independently for routine tasks.

Compliance:

• Ensure data privacy, system integrity, and adherence to organizational IT policies

Qualification:-

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an IT Technician, IT Support, or Help Desk Technician (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or certifications may also be considered).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
