Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-in and check-out when required.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Recognize VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions.
• Promote and enroll guests in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Ensure the lobby and guest areas are clean and welcoming.
• Gather guest feedback and support service improvement.
• Follow Accor brand standards and hotel policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
