Fresh Produce & Fruit Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Fresh Produce & Fruit Department, ensuring product freshness, merchandising excellence, inventory accuracy, food safety compliance, and superior customer service. The Supervisor leads and develops the department team, monitors departmental performance, controls shrinkage, and ensures sales and operational targets are achieved.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Lead, coach and supervise Fresh Produce team members.

* Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate daily tasks.

* Conduct on-the-job training and monitor staff performance.

* Ensure manpower planning and productivity within the department.

* Monitor department sales, gross profit and shrinkage.

* Control wastage through proper stock rotation and storage.

* Verify pricing accuracy and promotional execution.

* Recommend ordering quantities to optimize inventory.

* Resolve customer complaints professionally.

* Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.

* Promote product knowledge among team members.

* Drive customer satisfaction through quality products.

* Supervise receiving, inspection and storage of fresh produce.

* Monitor stock ordering and inventory levels.

* Conduct daily department inspections.

* Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams.

* Ensure proper documentation and stock records.

Pay: RM1,810.88 - RM4,470.59 per month
