We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support our educational team in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and fostering a positive atmosphere for students. This role is essential in helping to promote the social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lesson plans.
• Support classroom management and maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Engage with students to encourage participation and learning.
• Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
