As a Document Scanning Operator, you will play an important role in transforming physical documents into secure and organized digital records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, scan, and digitize documents using professional imaging and scanning equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure scanned images and electronic files meet accuracy and quality standards.
• Perform indexing, file organization, and transfer of digitized documents into designated systems.
• Operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on scanning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and report equipment issues, processing concerns, or workflow challenges promptly.
• Follow established procedures, workflow processes, and operational guidelines consistently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while meeting productivity and service-level targets.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure successful project completion.
• Assist in training and guiding colleagues to maintain consistent scanning and processing standards.
• Submit daily task reports and updates to supervisors.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in document scanning, document management, or related operational roles is preferred.
• Fresh SPM leavers with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
