Are you passionate about maintaining zero-error standards in stock operations? We are seeking a meticulous Operations Executive to oversee inventory accuracy and seamless dispatch from our Plaza Low Yat office.

Responsibilities:

• Process stock requests from all branches, prioritising fulfilment based on urgency and inventory availability.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse to ensure efficient stock picking and operations.
• Perform daily stock counts to ensure physical inventory matches system records.
• Receive incoming stock and verify item quantities and conditions against the Wavelet system.
• Arrange Lalamove deliveries to branches, ensuring all dispatched items are accurate and complete.
• Complete all stock transfers (ST) on the same day to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly to ensure zero-error dispatch operations.
• Support daily warehouse and inventory operations to maintain efficient stock movement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with inventory management or stock transfer systems; Wavelet experience is an advantage.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
