The position will be based in Johor and Negeri Sembilan (Jementah and Gemencheh).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jementah and Gemencheh for a Cadet Engineer. The Cadet Engineer will be responsible for assisting in engineering tasks, conducting site visits and inspections, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and supporting senior engineers with project management and execution. The role involves hands-on learning and participation in various phases of engineering projects within the organization.

Qualifications

• Engineering knowledge and technical skills
• Experience or education in project management and problem-solving
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Previous internship or related experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
