About the Role:
We are looking for a Workplace Engineer to support and enhance the end-user computing environment, ensuring employees have a secure, reliable, and productive digital workplace. The role involves managing endpoint devices, collaboration tools, and workplace technologies while providing technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Windows laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or equivalent endpoint management tools.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and workplace applications.
- Troubleshoot endpoint, operating system, and application-related issues.
- Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Support endpoint security initiatives, including device compliance, antivirus, and patch management.
- Participate in IT projects such as device refresh, Microsoft 365 migrations, and workplace technology improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field..
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, or endpoint management platforms.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
