Key Responsibilities

1.Operational Support:

• Provide daily operational support to the department.
• Assist in managing meetings, documentation, and project logistics.
• Support the preparation of project plans and schedules.

2.Project Implementation & Promotion:

• Support the execution of business development projects.
• Assist in promotional activities, conferences, and workshops.
• Prepare marketing content such as brochures, social media materials, and newsletters.

3.Reporting & Documentation:

• Manage project data and development activities.
• Prepare periodic reports and summary analyses.
• Ensure proper organization and maintenance of project records.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).

Skills

• Knowledge of project documentation and marketing material preparation.
• Basic understanding of market research and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
