The Executive, Franchise Development is responsible for supporting the growth and operational excellence of the franchise network. This role serves as the primary liaison between franchisees and Headquarters, ensuring compliance with company standards, coordinating franchise outlet projects, monitoring business performance, and providing operational support to franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between franchisees and Headquarters by providing operational and administrative support.
• Coordinate outlet opening, renovation, relocation, and closure projects.
• Conduct outlet visits to ensure franchise compliance and perform market studies.
• Monitor stock allocation and inventory for franchise outlets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Manage the renewal of Franchise and Tenancy Agreements.
• Follow up on franchise-related payments, including rental, franchise fees, and royalty fees.
• Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Invoices via the ERP system.
• Coordinate franchise meetings and stock selection sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience; franchise experience is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
