Kerja Sepenuh Masa Process Technician – Underfill - Pick - Place, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Globetronics Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up Underfill and Pick & Place equipment.
• Perform product changeovers, machine setup, and recipe verification.
• Monitor process performance and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Escalate equipment or process issues to engineers when necessary.
• Assist Process Engineers in process qualification, validation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following processes are encouraged to apply:

• Underfill Process
• Pick & Place
• Semiconductor Assembly
• Die Attach (DA)
• Dispensing
• Curing
• Plasma
• Die Sorting
• Vision Inspection (advantage)

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience with Underfill and/or Pick & Place equipment.
• Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting and process control.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and on shifts (if required).
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full Time Position located in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
