Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Network Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and deployment of network infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site, pulling cables, climbing ladders, and handling physical installation works related to network equipment and cabling systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform network cable pulling, routing, and installation works.
  • Install and mount network devices such as switches, access points, routers, and other related equipment.
  • Carry out cable termination, labelling, and basic cable testing.
  • Assist in structured cabling installation for LAN and fibre optic networks.
  • Climb ladders and perform installation works at designated heights when required while complying with safety procedures.
  • Support network infrastructure deployment and maintenance activities at customer sites.
  • Assist engineers during project implementation, testing, and commissioning works.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of network infrastructure equipment.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained before and after project implementation.
  • Complete installation reports and other project-related documentation when required.
  • Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics, Networking, or related fields.
  • Experience in pulling, routing, terminating, and testing network cables.
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, structured cabling, or telecommunications is preferred.
  • Physically fit and comfortable performing field work, including climbing ladders and carrying installation equipment.
  • Willing to travel and work at customer sites when required.
  • Possess good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of LAN cabling, fibre optic cabling, or network equipment installation will be advantageous.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
