KLINIK MEDIVIRON TAMAN SUTERA KAJANG

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dedicated Clinic Assistant to support our healthcare team in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients and manage appointments.
• Assist the doctor during consultations and minor procedures.
• Dispense medications according to the doctor's instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness, infection control, and stock inventory of clinic.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment reminders.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist with administrative duties and clinic documentation.
• Support the clinic's marketing and patient education activities.
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the clinic manager or doctor.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
