Position Overview
HYDROTECH ENGINEERING PILE SOLUTION SDN BHD are Malaysian-owned professional engineering companies specializing in pile testing, foundation engineering testing, quality assurance, and consulting services for the construction industry.
The HR Executive is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment laws. This role also oversees the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), document control, internal audits, and supports QA/QC compliance required for engineering and pile testing operations.
Key Responsibilities
I) Payroll & Statutory
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB submissions, EA Forms, staff claims, and payroll reports.
II) Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, leave applications, absenteeism, and overtime records.
- Maintain accurate HRIS and employee attendance records.
III) Employee Relations & Disciplinary
- Handle disciplinary matters, investigations, counselling, and employment-related documentation.
- Prepare warning letters, show cause letters, termination documents, and other HR correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and company policies.
IV) QA/QC & ISO Coordination
- Maintain ISO and QA/QC documentation, SOP revisions, document registers, and training records.
- Coordinate internal audits, CAPA follow-ups, and external audit documentation.
V) Recruitment & HR Administration
- Manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, employment contracts, and probation records.
- Maintain employee files, HR reports, insurance records, training coordination, and other HR administrative functions.
- Liaise with government authorities when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience; experience in engineering, construction, or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
- Experience in payroll processing and HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with ISO/QA documentation is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
