About the role

You will be joining a team that delivers mission-critical air control and environmental systems for cleanrooms, laboratories, healthcare facilities, and other regulated spaces. At Joule Air, our solutions use precision Phoenix Controls venturi valves and advanced control systems to maintain stable airflow, accurate pressurization, and high-integrity environments where contamination risks and system failures are unacceptable.

As a Junior Field Technician – Cleanroom & ACMV Systems, you will support senior engineers in hands-on field work, assist with the maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and HVAC control components used in these environments, and help ensure that systems we install continue to perform reliably for clients that depend on them.

Working Details:

• 5 days work week
• Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Job Description:

• Carry out daily maintanance checks.
• Go to site to commission product.
• Able to travel from site to site, transport allowance will be provided.
• Sites : [ Yishun / One-North / Novena / Woodlands / Outram / Tuas ]
• Report project / maintenance progress daily to supervisor.
• Support senior engineers in maintaining and troubleshooting air control systems for cleanrooms, healthcare facilities, and laboratory environments
• Assist with inspection, basic adjustments, and corrective actions related to airflow, pressure differentials, filtration, temperature, and humidity
• Read and follow engineering drawings, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams with guidance
• Perform hands-on field work including setup, testing, and system checks
• Communicate clearly with team members and site stakeholders in environments where reliability is critical
• To play a proactive role in establishing a communication network with customers, develop action plans and provide close follow-up.
• On job training will be provided.

What we're looking for positive work attitude, willing to learn, reponsible.

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Professional Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in ACMV, cleanroom systems, or building services (training provided)
• Preferred own transport
• Basic troubleshooting mindset with the discipline to escalate issues when required
• Willingness to perform hands-on field work and assist senior engineers
• Possess initiative and capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
• Calm, safety-focused attitude when working in operational or high-stakes environments
• Experience in Site Installation, Testing and Commissioning, Maintenance Testing will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems.
• Knowledge of PLC HMI.
