Kerja HR Operations - Payroll Intern di International SOS - Maukerja

About the role

The successful candidate shall work in partnership with the People Services team, supporting HR operational activities in the Singapore site, identifying data inaccuracy in resource data and supporting payroll project implementation requirements. The intern will also apply a critical analysis to existing operations and payroll processes and work together with the manager to outline a process
improvement plan (i.e., automation, analytics dashboard).

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
• Validate and verify payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Utilize Excel for validation and consolidation of reports.
• Assist in maintaining payroll records and documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
• Support the payroll team with various administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary payroll information.
• Support in drafting internal communications materials pertaining to site-related HR updates.
• Responsible for tracking and ensuring key actions are completed by People Services team, through recording meeting minutes in our weekly HR meetings.
• Embark on a process improvement project for a payroll/operations process, including the coordination and management of stakeholders in a project.

About you

• Diploma in Human Resource Management (or any relevant domain)
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc)
• Proficient in Word and Powerpoint
• Advanced in designing tools – for internal communications (Canva, Adobe design solutions, etc)
