Job PurposeTo lead the procurement, contract structuring, and commercial execution of construction projects. This role ensures seamless alignment between project owners, design teams, and contractors while closely monitoring the project's financial management team to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the Project Owner and the Design Teams.
• Owner's financial requirements and project vision into actionable design
• Commercial Oversight & QS Management
• Direct and monitor the internal/external Quantity Surveyor (QS) team during the pre-tender phase
• Review and validate the contractor's master construction programme, method statements, and resource schedules.
• Establish clear protocols for progress claims, valuations, variations, and dispute resolution.
• Audit Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender packages for accuracy, completeness, and market relevance.
• Oversee the evaluation of tender submissions and lead the final contractor selection process.

Pay: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
