International Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented International Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipments, coordinate freight operations, and ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export shipments.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Monitor inventory and logistics performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in international logistics or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
