Full Time Production Support - Automation Engineer (Shell Scripting) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Support & Automation Engineer to join our team supporting critical banking and trading applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, Shell scripting, Jira, automation, incident management, monitoring, and application migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support
• Monitor application performance and system health in real time to ensure maximum availability.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and resolution of production incidents.
• Support night batch processing activities and ensure successful completion of scheduled jobs.
• Manage application releases and production changes while minimizing business impact.

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Application Production Support or Operations Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shell Scripting (Unix/Linux).
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications in banking, financial services, or trading environments.
• Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
• Experience with batch processing, job scheduling, and production monitoring tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Trade, Institutional Banking, or Financial Market applications.
• Exposure to migration and modernization projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with automation frameworks and operational dashboards.
