[What the role is]

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for crafting visually compelling narratives?

JTC is seeking a talented Visual Content Producer to join our dynamic Communications team. As a key member of the team, you will produce high-quality video, photography and graphic design content that brings JTC's stories to life and strengthens our brand as the master planner and developer of Singapore's industrial landscape.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will lead end-to-end video production, create engaging visual assets, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver compelling content across multiple platforms. [What you will be working on]

• Your primary responsibility (approximately 80% of the role) will be leading the end-to-end video production process—from concept development and scripting to filming, directing and editing high-quality content for campaigns, social media, digital platforms and events. You will independently deliver polished, brand-aligned content within tight timelines.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate communications objectives into compelling visual stories, providing creative recommendations while balancing timelines, production requirements and brand standards.
• Develop engaging visual narratives that bring JTC's stories to life, ensuring all video content is optimised for the appropriate platform, audience and format, whether for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube or internal communications.
• Plan and coordinate video productions, including pre-production planning, location scouting, shoot scheduling, talent coordination and on-site production management where required.
• Build, maintain and curate JTC's video asset library, proactively identifying content gaps and ensuring a rich repository of high-quality footage for marketing, communications and media needs.
• The remaining 20% of the role will involve creating graphic design assets to support communications campaigns, including social media graphics, event collateral, infographics and other marketing materials, in line with JTC's brand guidelines.
• Help maintain a consistent visual identity across JTC's communications and manage digital asset libraries for both video and design content.
• Source, manage and collaborate with external production partners, photographers, designers and other vendors where required.

[What we are looking for]

• Degree in Film and Video Production, Media Production, Visual Communications, Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in video production and visual content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end video production capabilities alongside supporting examples of graphic design work.
• An engaging storyteller with a strong creative eye, excellent visual instincts and the ability to develop fresh, compelling content ideas.
• Experience conceptualising, scripting and producing content across multiple digital platforms, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for professional video editing. Familiarity with Final Cut Pro and experience with motion graphics or animation will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Familiarity with Canva is desirable.
• Experience operating professional DSLR or mirrorless camera systems, with a good understanding of lighting, audio equipment and photography workflows. Proficiency in Lightroom is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, technical specifications and emerging trends across channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Ability to advise on video production workflows and equipment requirements, including cameras, lighting, audio and supporting production tools.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, adaptable and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously seek out new ideas and approaches.
