Job Overview

We're looking for a Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both running marketing campaigns and keeping the systems behind them clean, accurate, and reliable.

You'll help plan and launch multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, build and maintain audience/account lists, and manage the marketing tools and data that keep our campaigns measurable and our leads flowing smoothly to sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect and account lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and industry databases
• Plan, set up, and launch paid social campaigns (primarily LinkedIn), including audience targeting, lead capture forms, and retargeting sequences
• Monitor campaign performance (click-through rate, cost per lead, engagement) and optimize based on results
• Own and maintain our marketing automation and CRM system — lead scoring, data hygiene, and reporting dashboards
• Ensure leads are routed to the sales team promptly and accurately
• Maintain campaign tracking systems (UTM tagging, attribution) so marketing performance is easy to report on
• Collaborate with content and design teammates to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time
• Support broader marketing initiatives and reporting as needed

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with hands-on exposure to paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads experience strongly preferred)
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) approaches
• Working knowledge of a marketing automation/CRM platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
• Comfortable with detail-heavy, high-volume work — you enjoy keeping data clean and campaigns organized
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects at once
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you fix things rather than wait to be told
• Experience in HR tech, payroll, fintech, or other B2B professional services industries is a plus
