Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the Engineering team.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Support the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with engineering projects, renovations, and asset management.
• Support budget planning and monitor departmental expenses.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and minimize equipment downtime.
• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering, facilities, or building maintenance.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
