Overview: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support medium to large-scale testing cycles for a leading global e-commerce platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless end-to-end customer journeys across digital systems, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

• Develop deep subject matter expertise across end-to-end (E2E) customer journeys, business processes, and systems
• Work with stakeholders to define comprehensive test strategies covering diverse user scenarios
• Support planning and coordination of validation activities throughout the testing lifecycle
  
  

Test Execution & Delivery

• Execute testing activities across projects, ensuring quality and completeness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts and drive successful outcomes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes aligned with industry best practices
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business and technical teams to understand system requirements and solutions
• Act as a trusted collaborator across regional and distributed teams
• Facilitate communication to ensure clarity and alignment throughout testing cycles
  
  

Quality & Risk Management

• Identify risks and potential issues early in the testing cycle
• Support mitigation strategies and drive timely resolution
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or testing role
• Proven experience in UAT/QC within e-commerce, mobile, or retail environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted partner
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with complex integrated systems and test environments
• Experience with automation or AI-driven testing approaches
• Knowledge of quality certifications (e.g., ISTQB)
• Project management exposure (PMP or equivalent is a plus)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
