Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team 
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR principles 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assist in HR data evaluation and policy improvement  

  Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting first-level candidate assessments 
• Support onboarding and orientation by preparing workstations, coordinating orientation programs, and helping with paperwork for new hires 
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance 
• Help with employee relations, such as monitoring satisfaction, addressing grievances, and supporting HR initiatives 
• Assist in HR reporting and data analysis, including tracking employee turnover, performance evaluations, and benefits utilization.
• Participate in HR projects, such as wellness programs, HRIS implementation, or team-building activities 
• Support administrative tasks, including filing HR documents, data entry, and preparing HR-related reports
