Campaign Management System Analyst (Junior Developer)

Location: Singapore / Malaysia

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for strong technical developers with experience in marketing automation and campaign management platforms. This is a hands-on development role focused on API development, JavaScript coding, system integrations, and platform enhancement, rather than campaign operations or execution support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and support solution design activities
• Develop APIs, JavaScript components, and platform customizations
• Build and support campaign management and marketing automation solutions
• Design integrations with enterprise systems and data sources
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and production deployments
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform enhancements
• Collaborate with architects, testers, vendors, and business stakeholders

Adobe Campaign (On-Premise & Cloud)

Adobe Analytics & AEM

Unica, SAS Marketing Automation, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Postman, Jenkins, JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence

Ideal candidates will have strong coding and integration skills, experience with APIs and JavaScript development, and an interest in marketing technology platforms within the banking or financial services domain.
