REQUIREMENT

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field. 
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration or a related role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.      
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Outlook). 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 
• Able to work independently, well-organized, and possess good time management skills. 
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation skills. 
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide administrative support for lift and escalator service & maintenance operations. 
• Prepare billing instructions, service reports, and supporting documents for invoicing. 
• Coordinate with technicians and clients to ensure timely submission of job sheets, reports, and service photos. 
• Maintain accurate records and update service documentation in a timely manner. 
• Prepare and send monthly service reports and invoices to clients. 
• Assist with client enquiries and attend meetings when required. 
• Support audit documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures. 
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by superior and Management.
