The Export Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating export operations to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient shipment handling. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer & Vendor Communication Serve as the primary contact for customers and vendors, providing updates, clarifications, and support throughout the export process.
• Quotation Management Prepare and review quotations from vendors to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Booking & Job Handling Manage bookings with liners, open jobs in the TMS system, and coordinate delivery of empty and laden containers.
• Port System Administration Key in Verified Gross Mass (VGM) and ensure accurate data entry in port systems.
• Documentation Verification Cross‑check customs papers against invoices and packing lists before final confirmation.
• Shipment Monitoring Track export containers to ensure readiness before closing time and apply early entry or request SSR with relevant parties.
