Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's student in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Creative Media, Film, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Has a knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, or similar editing software.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube).
- Capture project progress, behind-the-scenes content, office activities, and company events.
- Create short-form videos, reels, promotional content, and motion graphics.
- Design simple marketing materials such as posters, banners, and social media visuals.
- Assist in brainstorming creative content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Organize and manage multimedia files and content assets.
- Support the marketing team with content creation and branding initiatives.
