Job Summary

You will drive product success by collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain robust applications that deliver excellent user experiences and meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders including solution architects, software developers, and end users to gather requirements, design systems, and develop and maintain applications aligned with business processes
• Partner with the product manager to plan and facilitate sprint planning sessions, scrums, and retrospectives to ensure agile delivery
• Work closely with technical, solution, and information architects to ensure applications are robust and comply with Enterprise Architecture standards
• Design high-quality, functional solutions that provide a positive user experience
• Manage and track application development and maintenance to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes
• Conduct and support comprehensive system, user, and security testing before release to ensure product quality
• Lead user education campaigns to promote product adoption after release
• Provide ongoing product support by collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs
• Monitor application performance in production and coordinate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven ability to build digital products and deliver effective solutions with limited resources
• Experience working end-to-end with product teams to build and launch products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills applied to documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing
• Meticulous and tenacious work approach with the ability to follow tasks through to completion
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure while prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Scrum Master certification
• Product Owner certification
• Business Analysis Professional certification
• Degree or diploma in computer science, product management, or related field
• Experience in application design and development using Java, JavaScript, and SQL
• Familiarity with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq
