We are currently partnering with a well-funded AI company building a next-generation AI Assistant and hiring several founding machine learning leaders.

Open positions:

• Principal Machine Learning Engineer

• Technical Lead, Machine Learning

• VP of Research, Machine Learning

The team is building production AI systems from the ground up, solving challenges around large-scale model training, inference, reasoning, memory, evaluation, GPU optimisation, and AI agents.

Ideal profile:

• 6–10+ years (Principal), 8–12+ years (Technical Lead), or 12–15+ years (VP of Research) in Machine Learning or AI

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production LLM or Generative AI systems

• Strong expertise in PyTorch or JAX, distributed training, model fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, DPO, SFT, RLHF), and scalable inference

• Strong software engineering background with experience building reliable, production-grade ML platforms

• Proven track record of taking AI products from research through to production in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
