Key responsibilities include managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring cash flow and working capital, conducting variance and profitability analyses, supporting investment evaluations, strengthening internal controls, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate governance policies. The Finance Manager will also drive ERP optimization, financial process automation, audit readiness, and business transformation initiatives while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities.

- Monitor financial KPIs and prepare executive dashboards and presentations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Comprehensive understanding of IFRS, GAAP, internal controls, corporate governance, and financial compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or equivalent financial platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.
