Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a leading provider of high-performance power and propulsion solutions in the Asia-Pacific region, the organisation delivers reliable engines, decentralized energy systems, and electrification solutions across industries such as marine, energy, infrastructure, and defense.

The Job:

• Provide technical support on project (primary) and pre-sales (secondary) activities
• Support system design, documentation, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Work closely with sales, project, service teams, distributors, system integrators, customers, and suppliers.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet operational and regulatory needs.
• Act as the technical expert on power system including controls, power distribution, and auxiliary systems.
• Review and validate system specifications for LV/MV power distribution, fuel systems, cooling, ventilation, and acoustic solutions.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

The Talent:

• Degree in Electrical, Power, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in power distribution related sector
• Knowledge of MV/LV power systems and critical power installations.
• Ability to read and interpret single-line and schematic drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
