Role: Key Account Executive

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• To manage and monitor COP as per approved budget on the dedicated categories.
• To partner Finance to manage & monitor COP, AR & trade disputes.
• Manage timely NPD launches & Listing Process
• Proactively generate leads and work with team to pursue business relationships with prospective clients.
• Collaboration with marketing and trade marketing on business review, launch presentation, campaigns, and promo evaluation.
• Manage trade return and address root cause with action plan.
• Ensure operational efficiency, order fulfillment, manage on promotion items.
• Carry out trade visits to ensure execution compliance, feedback on competitors' launches and activities.
• Carry out field coaching with merchandisers.

Key Requirements

• Degree in business, Marketing or related field.
• Required travel to markets. Weekly basis in Klang Valley, quarterly basis in the regions when necessary.
• Possess the qualities of team player with pleasant disposition & positive attitude to learn new things.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or related roles.
